Luxurious Traditional Orangery in Fleet, Hampshire

The Brief

To design and build a traditional orangery, with orangery windows and doors, that visually and structurally blend into the existing property in Fleet, Hampshire. To provide a luxurious area for the owners to enjoy throughout the whole year.

Design and Service

We provided a full turnkey solution for our customers which included architectural quality designs and 3D rendering at the design phase, to help the homeowners visualise the concept, as well as a complete project management solution.

Our project management package included our designer becoming the project manager, which meant our clients received complete continuity from design to delivery and a single point of contact for any questions or information required.  With the project manager organising the various stages of the build, this meant that everything fell in line with the original design specification and the customer’s exact requirements.

Our design focused on utilising timber alternative products for the windows and French doors whilst utilising the additions of a Georgian bar design to offer contrast and elegance to each elevation.

This design also incorporated a bespoke break front which aided in providing depth to the garden-facing aspect, increasing the aesthetical appreciation of the build whilst maintaining the original and traditional heritage.

The Results

The whole Rococo team produced a stunning traditional orangery complete with windows and doors, which has enhanced and extended the home. Not only has the orangery created a new usable space for our customers, it has become a great new addition to the home and an area where the whole family can come together to enjoy. Moreover the inclusion of an orangery has added significant value to the home.

With a majestic blend of new technologies in structural roof design and traditionally focused materials, we have been able to achieve unrivalled strength in structural design and loadings, fantastic thermal performance all whilst enhancing and reflecting on the natural beauty and charm of the property.

Landscaping was also required with the exaction of the ground coinciding with a retaining wall and beautifully laid flag stones.
