How Evolution Windows Will Transform Your Home

Here at Rococo we believe that windows capture the true character of your home. This is why, when undergoing home improvements, it is important to consider what type of windows your property will benefit from, both in style and performance.

Working closely with Evolution, a specialist manufacturer of timber alternative front door and windows, we are proud to present two of their product ranges for your window needs. Both the Storm 2 range and the Flush range provide traditional yet modern style windows, all with great thermal performance, meaning you don’t need to compromise style over functionality. These windows can transform your home, tying together all of your home improvements and embodying the overall character of your property.

Timber alternative windows and doors are becoming more and more popular due to their numerous advantages over traditional timber frames. Timber alternative can be more cost effective, easier to maintain and more secure than their real wood counterparts. Not only this but it has become increasingly more difficult to identify between the two, with timber alternative products even coming in woodgrain finishes and colours.

Evolution’s Storm 2 Range

Evolution’s Storm windows are some of our most popular window products. With the option for sculpted beads, grain detailing and Georgian bars, these windows are able to perfectly replicate traditional feature windows, making them an excellent choice for more traditional style homes… like this old grain store conversion for example.

The frames are completely customisable, making it easy for you to incorporate your style. No detail is too small; choose from natural wood colours or from over 200 RAL colours. Also pick between minimal sightlines or Georgian bars. You can even choose to install stained glass. Evolution also offer a range of handles and stays for the internal frame, including locking handles to lock from the inside. With Evolution, your windows will be customised to your exact requirements.

With these traditional aesthetics come advanced thermal technology. Storm 2 windows come with an A+ thermal rating as standard, keeping your home warm in the winter and reducing heating costs in the process. The double-glazed panes also help in noise reduction, stopping street noise coming in, and your noise going out! These windows get their name from their ability to withstand even the worst of British weather; they are designed to be storm-proof.

Unlike traditional timber windows, these timber alternative frames are very safety conscious, coming with a multi-point shootbolt locking system for peace of mind.

Evolution’s Flush Range

The Flush Range by Evolution is an elegant and modern selection for your home. These striking windows get their name from the way the sash fits flush against the outer frame, creating a flat surface with sleek window lines that give this range a simplistic and timeless appearance.

Like the Storm Range, these windows are thermally superior to real timber windows. An outstanding thermal rating of A+11 comes as standard, protecting your home from the outer elements and keeping your heat inside. If noise and heat are still a concern for you, you can upgrade to a triple glazing option which will further trap heat and reduce noise.

Again, these windows are fully customisable, meaning you can adapt your Flush windows to look exactly how you want them to. You can add Georgian bars, choose handles and weigh-up different colour options for the interior and exterior frames alike.

Both ranges are virtually maintenance-free after installation. Unlike timber windows, they don’t require frequent re-sanding and repainting, saving you time and money as a result.

Not only will Evolution windows transform the look and feel of your home both inside and out, they will also increase the performance of your property. Yours will become a warmer and safer environment, with improved aesthetics an added bonus.
