Important Update from our Sales and Marketing Director (Covid-19)

I am writing to update all our customers on Rococo’s current position in relation to the outbreak and spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19).

All our installations are currently paused. The safety of both our customers and staff is of paramount importance and as such the team are adhering to government guidelines and working remotely for a minimum of 3 weeks.

This arrangement will be reviewed on a consistent basis and either relaxed or extended according to government instructions.

Remote working allows us to remain operational from an administrative perspective.

Rococo are therefore still able to take calls regarding projects and technical information. Similarly, the team can continue to provide quotes and advice on all market leading products, including…

  • Windows
  • Front doors
  • Orangeries , to name a few …..

Despite mixed advice a majority of sites and manufacturers have now closed. We anticipate this leading to a surge in appointments and project requests once the situation improves.

There are a number of benefits to discussing your home improvement plans before such time.

  • The administrative side of your project can be conducted during lockdown, saving you time in the long-run.
  • Build work will be programmed into our installation schedule early, sparing you a lengthy delay.
  • Site visits and surveying can be arranged in earnest, shortening any subsequent wait for products ordered from manufacturers.
