Our design process

We’ll be there with you from the consultation stage, right through to the final step where we present you with your final look in digital format.

Step 1 – Consultation

Your first step is to book a appointment with our design consultant where we can gain a comprehensive understanding of your vision and functional requirements. By collaborating with you from the outset, we craft a design that not only meets your expectations but does so with sensitivity to your budget.
Step 2 – Planning and Design

Following your initial meeting a site survey will take place from which the designer will be able to start modelling out your plans, presenting these to you in your design presentation meeting.
Step 3 – Conceptualisation

With budgets and designs agreed, our designers translate your ideas into conceptual CGI renders. Its now time to see your designs come to life..
Step 4 – Detailing

With the designs established detailed drawings are then produced for the professional services such as Structural Engineers, Planning Offices, ground and brickwork teams, and roof or steel work construction.
Step 5 – Building and installation.

The comprehensive and detailed plans are then used as the blue print for your Orangery extension projects. This ensures accuracy onsite, quality of finishes whilst providing a clear expectations and understanding of the final details. This also enables build schedules to be produced to ensure the project finish on time.

Virtual reality

A revolution in designing and planning your next home improvement project. Our virtual reality service enables you to visually immerse yourself into your home and see your new design and build project come to life.

Our VR service for design and build projects is a full 360 Degree view of your project made amazingly realistic with full texture, lighting and furniture in place to get a real feel for the finished project. View and explore using a VR headset or mobile phone.
