The brief
To provide a full project management solution for our Winchester based customer’s home refurbishment programme. To maintain a consistent overall appearance between the extension and the original building. To use modern products with a traditional finish, whilst assuring a high standard of practicality is maintained in the extended living spaces created.
Key Features
By adding a stunning orangery, complete with complementary windows and doors, we had a focal point to base the rest of our work on. The relaxing yet innovative design allows a free-flow of light and space into the property, and this set us up nicely to highlight and blend the rest of the house’s features together. By using our bespoke timber alternative windows, we created modern features that take into account the heritage and overall feel of the property, enhancing its overall value in the process.
Design and Service
Rococo coordinated the full refurbishment of this home, including the design and construction of the orangery, windows and doors. Replacement of all the windows was suggested, so too the addition of an elegant front door arrangement and soffits and fascia’s.
