With our traditional orangery structure at the heart of the extension, we have created a large open plan family living environment which is filled with natural light.

Designed in co-ordination with the customers kitchen and dining requirments, the Orangery flows continously from the existing home into the garden.

On each flank the Orangery incorporates small tiled roof extensions, one being used as a utility room and the other linking to the Orangery and garage. The introduction of these aspects link the Orangery to the rest home, softening its impact against the backdrop of the home.

To compliment the Orangery, we also provided a full arrangement of colour co-ordinated timber alternative windows by Evolutuion throughout the rest of the home.

The design ideas, enthusiasm and expertise of our team, re energised the project as well as the homeowner, providing the spark which helped realise the properties true capabilities and provide the amazing home we have today.

Rococo provided our customers with a full design and build service. Using our CAD design expertise we were able to create various options for the customer and present them in stunning visuals. This ensured the final design met their exact requirements.

Once designed our delivery team took over and provided a fully managed project. We liaised and co ordinated all trades, provided extra detailed drawings where required and managed all external professional services such as planning permissions, structural engineers and building control.
