Our Process

Our in-house experts will be able to guide you through the range of products and services we offer so that we develop a solution which meets your exact requirements.

Following the initial consultation, internal sessions will be held with the technical and operations team to review your project requirements and aid in the creation of a proposal which identifies the recommended products to use, as well as providing information on their successful installation.

A full proposal will be presented via email.

Once the design and specifics of your project have been agreed, the next stage is to place your order. A contract which reflects your project and the products selected will be created and sent to you for review. Once this has been signed and return with your deposit paid, your project will be processed and be accepted into our schedule.

The survey is the final part of the process and is undertaken by our in-house technical and project management team. This session provides a full review of the project from a delivery and installation perspective. All measurements are taken or double checked and structural and ground reviews conducted. The information from the survey forms the blueprint for the whole project and is a vital process and a key reason for our exceptional reputation.

All of our products are installed by our expert, full-time installation teams.

Finishing touches include colour coordinated trims, cleaning of glazing and making good to any disturbed surfaces, leaving you 100% satisfied with your beautiful products.
