It’s in the detail
The Rococo process is every bit a collaborative one. We work with homeowners to realise the vision for your property.
Contemporary mono pitch design
A mono pitched roof is a great way to produce a modern and contemporary design. Often used to provide a contrasting design to the home, a mono pitch is a single angled roof which lifts the roof line on key elevations and reduces it on boundary lines. Incorporating extending soffits with natural cedar finishes is architecturally stunning and offers further protection against the elements.
Finished with a standing seam Zinc roof and multiple modern flat roof lights, the roof becomes a wonderful feature which floods the newly created extension with a abundance of natural light.
Zinc Roof Finishes
Zinc’s environmentally friendly source, design versatility and durability lends itself to being an architects favourite.
Available in an endless arrangement of colours and finishes, zincs flexibility means it can be used within a variety of applications and designed to suit varying styles.
A zinc roof is generally installed with a standing seam. A standing seam provides the designer with the opportunity to be flexible with their design and is also the preferred installation method over installing a zinc roof in shorter sheets, as it provides a more economical solution by decreasing associated installation costs.
Copper Roof Finishes
Used since the Roman times, Copper has been an extremely versatile, natural material which lasts a lifetime. Supplied in sheets, Copper can be formed into a variety of panels which can then be used with many of our bespoke designs and roofing solutions.
Copper will naturally change colour over time, developing a green patina as it reacts to its environment. Copper is 100% recyclable and has a very low environmental impact. It is also light weight which reduces the structural implications of a building, so although a more costly material, this could possibly be offset by the very low maintenance costs of the project moving forward, coupled with a reduced steel and structural requirement.
